We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The state of Ohio has determined that our Genesis Lamp operations constitute an “Essential Business” as defined in the OMA Manufacturing Update, (Monday, March 23, 2020). Genesis Lamp supplies aviation lighting and replacement light bulbs, which are vital to Americans’ health and well-being. Without the production and distribution of these products, we risk seeing widespread shortages of these essential products across the United States and the world. Production is especially critical right now to meet the increased airport and retail demand.
Genesis lamp is open for business and we have taken precautions to ensure everyone's safety and we are following the guidelines for safe distancing and operating t o help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We have scaled back to essential staff and we will continue to operate to the best of our ability.
