Welcome to Genesis Lamp. Thanks to our customers, we have been operating for over 25 years. We Design, Manufacture and Test What We Build.
We also provide a wide range and variety of lightbulbs and lamps, from Xenon flash bulbs to Halogen bulbs. Genesis Lamp also provides Research and Development work for both Xenon flash and Halogen bulbs. Our products consist of Xenon flash, Halogen, Par reflector and HID Par lamps.
To support the manufacturing and R&D portion of the company, in-house photo metrics for light output, power and life test measurements are available.
Our customers include Airports, Aviation, Obstruction, Emergency vehicles, Industrial/Commercial, Photographic, Dental and the Graphic Arts industries.
Because we are the largest distributor of airfield lamps in North America for Phillips lighting, and also are distributors of Osram / Sylvania, this allows Genesis Lamp to supply just about any lamp type or volume requirement needed.

Terms of Sales
C.O.D. prior to Credit Approval.
Opening of new accounts are subject to credit approval with a completed and signed Credit Application. Standard Terms are Net 30.

All NSF and returned checks are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a minimum Return Check Fee of $25.00

Sales Tax:
If applicable, please add appropriate sales tax.
Ohio residents pay 6.25% sales tax.
Warranty:
All lamps with a specified life are warranted for one year by the manufacturer. Product liability is limited to lamp replacement, incidental labor not included.
Lead Times:
Same day from stock if ordered by 2 PM Eastern time.
Next day if ordered after 2 PM Eastern time.
2-7 business days on non-stock items.
2-3 weeks for custom orders.
Brand-Name Availability:
Most lamp manufacturers represented, including generic brands.
Freight:
All product is F.O.B. Painesville, Ohio. Freight prepaid by customer.
Other Delivery Terms:
Job site delivery is available in Lake County, Ohio for a minimal surcharge. Other areas and modes of delivery are available upon request.
Insurance:
UPS covers the first $100.00, additional insurance can be purchased and applied to all orders at the purchaser’s expense unless otherwise requested.
Claims and Returns:
Invoice and product discrepancies (non-warranty) must be identified within 10 days and assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
A 20% restocking charge applies to all returns. This includes returns not accompanied by an RMA number, or when ordering the wrong product.
No merchandise may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please call 1-800-685-5267 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for any product you are returning.
Genesis Lamp is not responsible for merchandise returned without an RMA number.
Damaged Mechandise
If your merchandise is damaged when it arrives, please call Genesis Lamp Customer Service at 1-800-685-5267.
Please inspect your Genesis Lamp Home Delivery shipment before signing the driver's release. By signing the release, you are accepting the goods in their current condition. If you notice that the goods are damaged, you should refuse to sign the release. You can then call our Customer Service Department to have them send you a replacement or to cancel your order.
